The Process Engineering team is a vibrant group engaged in various domains, including electrode production, cell assembly, formation, aging and testing, control and automation, manufacturing systems, digital manufacturing, and logistics engineering. As a member of this relatively new team, you will play a vital role in developing processes and constructing large-scale logistics operations from the ground up.

We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Experience in highly automated logistics environments, preferably within manufacturing sectors such as battery or cell production.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics methodologies, tools, and techniques relevant to manufacturing.
- Experience in the creation and management of logistics data, including the Plan for Every Part approach.
- Strong analytical skills to derive cost efficiencies and formulate business cases for informed decision-making.
- Proven ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
