Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at DSV. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support on selected accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and optimize operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the client's customer service team to meet delivery targets based on customer needs.
  • Manage Locked Inventory regularly and investigate and clear auto-generated stock checks.
  • Oversee replenishment and pick-face effectiveness, perform empty location checks, and coordinate PI counts.
  • Thoroughly investigate queries and adjustments, conduct spot checks on Picking and Goods In activities, and assist with QC checks and VAS work.
  • Identify inventory issues and optimize stock layout, support with reporting and data analysis, and deliver training for system activities.

Requirements

  • Proficient in interpreting datasets and possessing clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective workload management with a focus on deadlines and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with CargoWrite or Red Prairie WMS applications.
  • Desirable: MHE experience with RT, HLOP, VNA.
