As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless receipt and storage of goods, maintaining a high level of quality control, and collaborating with our procurement team to optimize inventory management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect goods upon arrival, ensuring they meet quality and quantity standards
  • Accurately record and update inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies or issues
  • Collaborate with procurement team to negotiate prices, manage inventory, and optimize supply chain operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of inventory management strategies, improving overall efficiency and reducing costs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
