About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to join our client's team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will work alongside the Lead Surveyor on a 15m super prime fit out scheme in Central London, responsible for the front of house section of a new build hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with subcontract management and remaining procurement on the project
- Work closely with the Lead Surveyor to ensure the successful delivery of the scheme
- Contribute to the development of the project's construction plan and budget
Requirements:
- Experience in a Project Surveyor role, preferably in the fit out sector
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
