We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at IMT Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, maintaining a safe working environment, and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site supervision and support to installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, installation operatives, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction within the installation team.
- Proven experience in a supervisor role within the construction or water industry.
- Compliant working knowledge of site health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, and willingness to travel throughout the UK.
- Full UK driving license and ability to drive company vehicles.
