The initial phase features two dining establishments - Binks Yard and Cleaver & Wake, alongside an outdoor live events venue equipped with a bandstand and an indoor space for private gatherings.

Binks Yard

Our Binks Yard team is dedicated to our patrons, from our front-of-house staff who warmly welcome you, to our bar team who not only serve beverages but also craft an experience, and our kitchen team who prepares dishes that excite and satisfy. They care deeply for one another as well as our guests, and our open kitchen design allows you to witness the artistry behind each dish. Our focus is on ensuring that Binks Yard becomes a favored choice for your special occasions.

As a Line Cook Supervisor at Binks Yard, you will require experience in a high-energy kitchen environment. This position is not entry-level; you will assist the Senior Chefs in overseeing the Binks Yard kitchen, adhering to the standards established by the Chef Patron, managing your section, and upholding rigorous health and hygiene protocols.

Efficiently managing food costs through waste reduction and portion control is second nature to you, while fostering a high-performing team is a skill you have honed in previous roles and will bring to this position. Each chef in your section will have a personalized development plan, and you will be instrumental in nurturing their growth to become your successor.

A 5-star food hygiene rating is fundamental to your operations; you will ensure your section is always prepared for audits, prioritizing food safety and placing your guests' well-being at the forefront.
