Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Brakes Food Shop. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the site management team and driving business success through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with site leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to site managers on employee relations, talent development, and performance management
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with site managers and stakeholders
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
