Circle Health Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Outpatient Department. As a Nurse Specialist - Ophthalmology, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing ophthalmic procedures and treatments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
- Valid NMC Registration
- Evidence of relevant clinical professional development
- Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
- Ophthalmology outpatient experience desired, but not essential as full training will be given
