We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Manager to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success by developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive continuous improvement in ROI.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Campaign Development and Execution**: Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • **Data Analysis and Insights**: Develop and execute multi-variant ad tests to drive continuous improvement in ROI, and analyze campaign performance in detail to generate usable insights.
  • **Budget Management**: Manage and optimize continuously changing digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the social media team to monitor campaign response and ensure the brand is represented in the best way to drive trust and advocacy.
  • **Sales Funnel Optimization**: Analyze sales funnel performance and work with UX, marketing, and product development teams to refine and optimize ROI and patient advocacy.
  • **Forecasting and Planning**: Forecast demand generation and creative fatigue in a multichannel environment, including ATL and OOH.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience**: 4+ years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical capability, with good understanding of social media algorithms and ability to interpret and optimize performance.
  • **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with Google analytics, and experience with digital marketing tools and software.
  • **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication skills, ability to work at pace with attention to detail, and comfortable in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • **Collaboration**: Collaborative working style with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, and strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
