About the Role:
As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist at iQ, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home. This involves performing various minor repairs and engaging with students to positively impact their daily lives.
Your tasks may include addressing reactive maintenance issues such as plumbing, carpentry, or painting. Ensuring safe and welcoming living environments for our residents is fundamental to our mission, making compliance checks and adherence to policies and procedures essential components of this role. Each day will present new challenges, but you will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and camaraderie.
