  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead the Technology Consulting Team across the UK&I region, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
    • Monitor and manage performance metrics, ensuring delivery profitability and client satisfaction.
    • Align resources and efforts to meet overall ICT requirements, driving business value through strategic client engagement.
    • Nurture and develop talent to support ICT's strategic business plans, promoting growth and innovation.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Lead the technology aspects of complex sales opportunities, defining and proposing the right solutions for clients.
    • Engage strategically with clients, building personal credibility and trust, and driving business growth.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Direct senior client relationships, managing retention and broadening our software and services footprint.
    • Oversee the delivery of complex engagements, ensuring quality and professional excellence, and consistently adding business value.
  • Thought Leadership & External Representation:
    • Represent Technology Consulting in the UK&I Life and P&C insurance market, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
    • Participate in marketing and thought leadership activities, promoting the organization's credibility and reputation.
  • Strategic Development & Integration:
    • Provide thought leadership on shaping and building the consulting function, driving innovation and growth.
    • Develop innovative technology consulting propositions, integrating technology consulting with the broader ICT business.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in global technology consulting or a professional services organization.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse technology consulting teams, driving results and growth.
  • Experience managing complex delivery projects and senior client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to transition between strategic and detailed operational levels, driving business value and innovation.
  • Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of technology and business.
  • Ability to travel as required, with a flexible and adaptable approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in Commercial Lines P&C Insurance, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Experience at an Insurance carrier, with a strong network and reputation.
  • Prior responsibility for P&L in the consulting space, with a proven track record of driving growth and results.
