Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Planning Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with critical activities that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Ensure that stock is ordered in a timely manner to avoid stock ruptures and update replenishment sheets with live information to ensure ordering is accurate.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure stock limit targets are adhered to and queries and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Product Progression: Proactively progress product into stock to ensure demands are met.
  • Commercial Decision-Making: Support in commercial decision-making for the stock and sales teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively respond to issues and problem-solve using specialist data and office systems.
  • Administrative Support: Provide additional ad-hoc duties and administration to support the team and wider business.

Requirements:

  • IT Confidence: Strong IT confidence and proficiency in using data and analysis skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Confidence in speaking to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change, growth, and flexibility in a dynamic business environment.
