Job Title: Flexcube Technical Consulting Manager

Location: London

Work Model: Hybrid - 2 days from office

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Flexcube Technical Consulting Manager with 4-8 years of expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking implementations. As a key member of our team, you will lead technical projects, manage system migrations, and support data warehouse designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Flexcube system design, development, and customizations
  • Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure compliance with standards
  • Support scheduled activities and production issues
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, XML, and Unix scripting
  • Experience with OBCL, OBPM, OBTR, OBTF, and ELCM modules
  • Knowledge of microservices, APIs, and data modeling
  • Strong background in core banking, with at least 2 implementation projects
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or Banking
  • 5-10 years of experience, with 3-6 years in primary skills
  • Certifications in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and ITIL v3 (preferred)
