About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Customer Contact Services Department as an Application Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the application process for both car dealerships and Motability Scheme customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the application process for car dealerships and Motability Scheme customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and establish trust with customers
  • Share knowledge and information with different audiences with varying needs
  • Meet KPIs and call quality targets
  • Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Team to complete role plays and system exercises
