About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Inverurie Hospital, working with the Aberdeenshire Health & Social Care Partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload under the supervision of the Team & Deputy Team Leader.
  • Provide care for individuals referred from GP Practices in Central Aberdeenshire.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to deliver high-quality care.
  • Assess and develop care plans for older adults with functional and organic illnesses.
Requirements
  • Sound assessment skills and ability to communicate effectively within a team.
  • Experience working with older adults, including those with functional and organic illnesses.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Car ownership and licence are a prerequisite for the post.
