Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with engineers on the opposite shift to ensure seamless handovers.
- Contribute to the development of machinery, plant, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and managers to identify potential long-term problems and solutions.
- Identify improvements to equipment performance, running costs, and reliability.
- Conduct equipment repairs and regular engineering works.
- Communicate safety risks and equipment failures.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Electrical/Mechanical qualification (L2 considered).
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably from a manufacturing background.
- Multi-skilled bias (70/30 or 60/40) in either discipline is desirable.
