Psychology Educator

Wayman Group is seeking a dynamic and highly capable Psychology Teacher to join our thriving team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in Psychology, with a degree in the subject and a PGCE or QTS qualification. They will have experience teaching Psychology to KS5 level and be able to deliver engaging and effective lessons to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Psychology to KS5 level, developing and delivering lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Contribute to the development of the Psychology department, sharing best practices and ideas with colleagues.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall development of the school.
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology.
- PGCE or QTS qualification.
- Experience teaching Psychology to KS5 level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
