Wayman Group is seeking a dynamic and highly capable Psychology Teacher to join our thriving team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in Psychology, with a degree in the subject and a PGCE or QTS qualification. They will have experience teaching Psychology to KS5 level and be able to deliver engaging and effective lessons to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Psychology to KS5 level, developing and delivering lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Contribute to the development of the Psychology department, sharing best practices and ideas with colleagues.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall development of the school.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology.
  • PGCE or QTS qualification.
  • Experience teaching Psychology to KS5 level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
