Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Director to cost projects.
  • Split role with 50% Estimating and 50% Quantity Surveying.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and submit tenders to main contractors or clients.
  • Attend client meetings and site visits to scope projects and build relationships.
  • Complete comprehensive cost value reports and final accounts.
  • Attend site meetings from project inception to handover.
  • Experience in a commercial position.
  • Construction qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Full UK driving license required.
