Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team at Arden Resourcing Limited. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives by identifying and implementing process improvements using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Run workshops to gather requirements from clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are understood and documented.
  • Guidance and Explanation: Offer clear guidance and explanations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that they understand the ServiceNow solution.
  • Liaison with Technical Team: Liaise with the technical team to deliver the needs of the client and ensure understanding of the ServiceNow solution.
  • Agile Scrum Team: Work individually or as part of an Agile scrum team to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • ServiceNow experience is mandatory.
  • ServiceNow administrator qualification is preferred.
  • Understanding of ITIL is desirable.
