ServiceNow Technical Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team of experts in delivering world-class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consulting services to clients, including designing and delivering technical solutions, customizing package-based solutions, and configuring technical infrastructure components.
  • Develop and demonstrate specialized knowledge and skills in ServiceNow as an enterprise solution.
  • Mentor and train junior team members.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have several years' experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment.

Scripting skills such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS are highly advantageous.

A high level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application and experience of building custom applications and integrations with other platforms are essential.

Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, and ServiceNow Application Developer are highly desirable.
