Job Opportunity

The Actuary Group is seeking a talented Retirement Actuarial Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our pensions consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on retirement plans and pension schemes.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced actuary with a strong background in pensions consulting. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients define strategy, design retirement plans, manage plan finances, meet regulatory requirements, and manage risk. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on retirement plans and pension schemes to clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and implement strategic advice to help clients achieve their objectives
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver advice and standout service to clients

Requirements

  • Significant experience working with Trustees and/or Corporates on DB pensions
  • Strong technical actuarial fundamentals coupled with business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
