Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Trading Support Specialist to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing real-time support to our sell-side clients, including answering questions about algorithm behavior and performance, troubleshooting FIX and connectivity problems, and evaluating and communicating the performance of algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to FIX and connectivity, working closely with our development team to resolve problems and improve our services.
  • Evaluate and communicate the performance of our algorithms, providing insights and recommendations to our clients and product teams.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling existing Itarle products to clients and identifying new prospects, working closely with our sales team to drive business growth.
  • Communicate client feedback to our product teams, helping to develop and improve our products and services.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in electronic trading coverage or support, including knowledge of algorithmic trading and transaction cost analysis.
  • Passion for electronic trading and a willingness to develop a deep knowledge of the marketplace and our product.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Knowledge of the FIX protocol and UNIX scripting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in one of the other EU languages a plus.
