Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the execution of recruitment strategies, ensuring a steady influx of potential candidates. Your duties will include crafting job postings for various platforms, including social media, and fostering connections within the local community. You will represent City and County Healthcare Group at community events, ensuring a consistent and smooth recruitment process in your designated area.

Qualifications

What You Need

A good standard of education is required, with no formal qualifications in HR or recruitment necessary. You should possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to prioritizing the customer experience. Being a self-starter who is organized, efficient, and capable of working independently is essential.

Proficiency in local sourcing and recruitment techniques, including social media platforms, is crucial. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. You should be able to collaborate effectively with others and have a strong professional customer service orientation.
