The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in our digital mission, helping us stay ahead by evolving our business processes and delivering the services we need for the future. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities, and use your expertise to identify and measure the impact of change.
Key Responsibilities
- Review business processes to optimize and engage with stakeholders to refine requirements
- Use modelling techniques to structure and understand data and convert it into valuable information
- Communicate complex matters succinctly and influence people as you work in politically sensitive areas
- Line manage a small team and help less experienced colleagues develop by stretching their abilities while giving them the support they need to grow
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have led the analysis of large or complex business problems and have extensive experience or one of the recognized BA certifications such as the BCS or IIBA. You will be able to recommend and advise on approaches to complex business problems, inform tactical decision making, share knowledge, and deliver workshops.
