The primary objective of this position is to oversee the enhanced weathering operations on a fixed-term basis across designated regions within the enhanced weathering business unit.

This role entails managing the distribution of products to agricultural lands and coordinating with contractors to ensure compliance with established operational protocols.

The responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with farmers and landowners near quarries to ensure the timely delivery of agreed product volumes.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with farmland owners while providing effective maintenance solutions.
  • Supervising daily operations related to land spreading activities.
  • Representing the business at seminars, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Conducting health and safety assessments and managing deployment operations.
  • Identifying suitable land for product applications.
  • Collecting soil and rock samples for analysis and testing.
  • Coordinating product deliveries, managing stockpiles, and overseeing spreading activities and subsequent inspections.
  • Engaging effectively with clients, landowners, and suppliers through various communication channels.
  • Ensuring deployments are executed efficiently and cost-effectively to maximize value for Veolia.
  • Assisting in the strategic planning and scaling of the business unit.
  • Promoting products at public and industry events as a business ambassador.
  • Managing relationships with quarry managers, contractors, and laboratory partners.
  • Continuous project planning and execution.
  • Experience in collaborating with farmers and contractors is essential.
  • A valid driving license is required.
