About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural design projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage architectural design projects, ensuring they meet the required standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Assist in the development of design briefs, project proposals, and other relevant documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's design strategy and vision.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
  • UK Registered Architect with experience in a senior role, including team management responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of building design and construction, including cost planning and contract law.
  • Experience with innovative procurement and construction techniques, including Net Zero Carbon initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and associated 3D visualization rendering packages.
