Overview:
We are looking for a proficient Construction Project Supervisor to manage the execution and progress of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects adhere to established benchmarks for time, cost, quality, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards as defined by the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Safety, Health & Environmental protection throughout all construction processes.
- Lead the HSE team to effectively oversee HSE practices during both construction and commissioning stages.
- Serve as the Principal Contractor in compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
- Identify and manage construction risks and hazards to mitigate project disruptions.
- Guide the construction team to fulfill project specifications successfully.
- Engage with essential client personnel to ensure alignment of the construction strategy with operational standards and requirements.
- Provide essential support for commissioning tasks.
- Establish construction cost estimates and oversee budget management.
- Guarantee that construction outputs meet quality benchmarks and testing criteria.
Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants must possess:
- Extensive experience in EPC contracts, particularly in civil and construction sectors.
- Proficiency in budget oversight and financial management.
- Experience in managing subcontractors.
- Accredited CSCS and SCO 91 certifications.
- NEC4 Accredited Project Manager certification (preferred).
