Job Title: Accommodation and Community Support Worker

Belong is a leading provider of person-centred care for older people, specialising in dementia care. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Accommodation and Community Support Worker to join our team in Warrington.

About the Role:

As a Community Carer, you will work with a warm and friendly team to provide support to older people in their own homes. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of duties, including personal care, medication management, meal preparation, dementia care, shopping, and trips out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to older people in their own homes
  • Manage medication and administer as required
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Provide dementia care and support
  • Assist with shopping and other errands
  • Accompany clients on trips out
