Assistant Headteacher/SENCo

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SENCo to join our dedicated team at a highly successful Primary School in Swindon. As Assistant Headteacher/SENCo, you will play a key role in shaping the school's inclusion strategy and supporting the development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive inclusion strategy to improve the life chances of all pupils
- Lead the inclusion team and work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to identify and address the needs of students with SEND
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Experience as a teacher and leader in a Primary School setting
- Strong knowledge of SEND and inclusion practices
- Ability to reflect on practice and innovate to improve outcomes for students
- Hold a SENDCo qualification or be willing to complete
