Role Overview:

We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Control Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing our credit control operations, ensuring prompt payments, and fostering positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the most effective communication method for various scenarios.
  • Manage phone communications confidently and engage directly with clients.
  • Address disputes and inquiries, and process credit notes as necessary.
  • Record and allocate bank receipts, and maintain accurate remittance records.

Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated experience in credit control or a similar role.
  • Proficient in accounting software and capable of generating reports.
  • No agencies, please.
