The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join our team at one of our existing Residential services. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that our high standards of care and support are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of person-centered care and support to service users
  • Lead a team of care staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided
  • Ensure that the service is run in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience of working in a health and social care setting
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
