Job Overview

Talent is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Integrations Team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting technical requirements related to system integrations across critical areas such as HR, Finance, and other business functions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers and Testers, to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system integrations, data flows, and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across multiple systems, driving efficiency and success within the organization.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of technical requirements.


Requirements
  • Substantial experience as a Business Analyst with a strong technical background, particularly in integrations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical requirements to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in a development environment, with familiarity with tools like JIRA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues.
