About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team at Hays Accounts and Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial administration of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for 5 staff members
  • Manage financial administration, including processing invoices and expense claims
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare supplier statements
  • Utilize XERO for financial management and reporting
Requirements
  • Immediate availability
  • Demonstrable experience in financial administration, payroll, and accounting
  • Proficiency in using XERO, an advantage
