In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of Facilities Management (FM) by managing and maintaining critical asset information. You'll leverage your expertise in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and databases to deliver efficient solutions and collaborate with FM partners and project teams.
Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with the engineering team and service providers.
- Guarantee compliance of engineering documentation within our EDMS.
- Effectively manage and update asset information across the FM portfolio.
- Proactively support team development and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely asset information.
- Strong IT skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent prioritization abilities.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with EDMS platforms such as 4Projects, Viewpoint, or Advantum (Mercury).
- Experience with database management.
