We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team at The Resolute Group. As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial team in managing day-to-day projects, working closely with Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process allocated records payable in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all records have the correct authorizations and relevant POs
- Amend records as necessary to ensure adherence to the payment process
- Index, file, and retain records in accordance with the relevant filing system and statutory requirements
- Support the Commercial Manager in creating reports and financial data
- Complete filing requirements on a weekly basis
- Assist the Manager with ad hoc projects and support other team members as directed
- A formal qualification in a financial subject, such as an Apprenticeship, A-level, ONC, HNC, HND, or Degree
