We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to work in our Adult PICU Services team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of individual treatment plans for occupational therapy services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating the implementation of individual treatment plans for occupational therapy services
  • Receiving and responding promptly to referrals, undertaking patient assessments to identify and prioritize patient needs
  • Ensuring the effective and efficient management of more junior staff
  • Maintaining and developing close working relationships with professional and clinical colleagues within the multi-disciplinary team
  • Contributing to business growth by actively promoting therapy services in line with the local units' business plan

The successful Occupational Therapist will receive an excellent salary and a range of benefits, including free on-site parking, supplemented meals, and a contributory pension scheme.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of one year's experience gained within a related clinical or therapeutic environment, with experience managing a caseload of service users with complex needs.

Please note that this is a permanent part-time role working 22.5 hours a week.
