Role Overview: As an Assistant M&E Cost Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting the commercial team with the financial and contractual management of diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for M&E projects.
- Support contract management, including administration and negotiation.
- Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution.
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to senior management.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary up to £35k plus Car Allowance.
- Hybrid Working Model.

Qualifications:
- A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

- Proficiency in relevant software and IT tools.
