Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team to provide exceptional customer service and support to residents.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote resident engagement and community building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and amenities.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.
About You:
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who is passionate about championing the rights and wellbeing of older people.
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.
- Previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
- Confident and experienced people manager who can bring the best out of their team.
- Experience of running senior living or care development and have understanding of the Health and Safety, property management and the budgetary requirements needed to do this successfully.
