Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team at a leading group of French & English bilingual Montessori Nursery Schools in North London. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and activities for children, following the Montessori ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and activities for children, following the Montessori ethos and recognizing individual and group requirements in a secure, safe, and stimulating environment.
  • Ensure familiarity with key policies and procedures, especially safeguarding children, equal opportunities, behavior management, and health and safety.
  • Ensure child profiles for key children are up to date and relevant.
  • Deal with parent issues and concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Assist the Room Leader to ensure the smooth running of the room.
  • Promote good relations between staff members, parents, and children, and promote the quality ethos of the nursery.

Person Specification:

  • Level 3 and above in Childcare & Early Years.
  • The ability to deliver high-quality practice.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS, health & safety, and safeguarding practices and Ofsted requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good ICT skills.
