Job Description:
KiddyKare is seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Educator to join their well-established nursery in Islington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safeguarding of children and report any concerns in line with policies.
- Develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, meeting individual children's needs and interests.
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to deliver your role effectively.
- Understand and comply with all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted statutory guidance.
- Commitment to child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities, and SEN/Inclusion.
- Experience as a key worker for a group of children and their families.
- Ability to observe, assess, and report on children's behaviour.
