Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently cover classes in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring continuity of learning and minimizing disruption to students.
  • Support the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons, promoting student engagement and behavior management.
  • Work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with varying needs.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student well-being and academic success.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in a relevant field and a passion for working in education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of the school.
  • Good level of English, ICT, and Maths skills, with the ability to use technology to support teaching and learning.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
