Role Overview:
As a Household Manager, you will embody the warmth and enchantment of the Estelle brand throughout our private residences and across the estate.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire guest experience from pre-arrival to post-visit, ensuring that all personal touches are incorporated, along with any additional requests and opportunities for enhancement.

You will strive to exceed expectations, providing each member with authentic and personalized service.
Ideal Candidate:
We seek a charismatic individual who is confident, collaborative, and takes pride in their work.
Previous experience in luxury service environments, such as yachts, hospitality brands, or private estates, is preferred.
Ideally, candidates should be over 25 years of age and possess a full UK driving license.

Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills are crucial.

Compensation for this position ranges from £35,000 to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with participation in our bedroom service charge scheme.
