About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at JoJo Maman Bébé. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your store, including sales, customer service, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure stock levels are optimized and meet customer demand.
- Manage the store's budget and ensure financial targets are met.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the store is always looking its best, with a focus on visual merchandising and store presentation.
