About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the store's sales performance, including setting targets and monitoring progress.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store looks its best at all times.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the store's budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, and data protection.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
