Job Title: Compliance Lead - Cash App

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Lead to join our team at Square. As a Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our compliance program, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
