Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Brierley Hill area.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to work as part of a multi-skilled team, responsible for the reactive and preventative maintenance of plant and building works. The successful candidate will carry out fault finding and repairs to a variety of heavy industrial machinery, as well as the installation of new plant as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of plant and building works
  • Identify and repair faults in heavy industrial machinery
  • Install new plant and equipment as required
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-skilled team to achieve maintenance objectives

Requirements

  • Electrical qualification with recent experience in a similar position
  • 1 year + experience working in an Electrical Engineering position
  • Experience working with Siemens PLC Controls is advantageous
  • Experience working in a heavy engineering environment (such as steel, refractory, forging or foundry)
  • A strong work ethic and punctuality
