Assistant Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Assistant Site Manager to join our prestigious site in South Otterington. As a key member of our team, you will support the Site Manager in ensuring construction is completed safely, to specification, within agreed timescales and cost parameters, as well as to Lovell quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Site Manager in overseeing production and programme delivery.
  • Monitor and report on NHBC Reportable items (RIs) and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement and maintain LIMS and Quality control processes.
  • Manage cost control and project-specific KPIs.
  • Ensure site setup and presentation meet contract requirements.
  • Coordinate material delivery and control.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with sales and customer liaison teams.
  • Liaise with external agencies and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate health, safety, and environment initiatives.
  • Assist with drawing and specification coordination.
  • Facilitate effective communication with the project team and maintain working relationships on site.
