About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management team at Change Digital – Digital & Tech Recruitment. As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Identity-based security solutions to enforce the principle of Least Privilege through Technical Access Controls procedures while preserving Compliance for testing by external auditors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Configure Technical Access Control Solutions: Develop and implement Technical Access Control solutions within Identity & Access Management tools based on team requirements.
  • Lead Implementation of Innovative Solutions: Drive the implementation of innovative solutions to ensure service stability and better user experience.
  • Ensure Product Currency and Consistency: Ensure product currency and consistency across all domains.
  • Drive Automation: Lead the drive for automating solutions.
  • Ensure Stable and Secure Environments: Ensure stable and secure environments.
  • Performance Troubleshooting and Recommendations: Perform troubleshooting and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Provide Training, Support, and Guidance: Provide training, support, and guidance to team members.
  • Support 24x7 On-Call for Escalated Security Incidents: Support 24x7 on-call for escalated security incidents on a rotational basis.
  • Identify Critical Security Issues and Provide Recommendations: Identify critical security issues and provide recommendations for risk-reduction solutions.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to support and troubleshoot end-user issues.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to Communicate with Senior Leadership: Be able to clearly communicate with senior leadership in highly stressful situations.
Technical Skills Required
  • Strong Knowledge of CyberArk and/or HashiCorp Solutions: Possess strong knowledge of CyberArk and/or HashiCorp solutions.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems: Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Strong Knowledge of Identity and Access Management Tools: Possess strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools.
  • Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Investigative Abilities: Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative abilities.
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Equivalent: Possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, cyber security, information technology, or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or Cybersecurity: Possess 5+ years of experience working in the fields of Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or Cybersecurity.
