As a Community Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and their guests, building long-lasting relationships and ensuring they have a great experience with every visit to our clubs. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, following club operating procedures, and promoting a thriving community.
We are looking for someone with a 'can-do' attitude, who is comfortable with being flexible and adapting to changing situations. If you are passionate about health and wellness, have exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for building a community, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards by following club operating procedures, brand and behavior standards, and completing daily/weekly tasks, checklists, and walk-arounds.
- Support a thriving community by acting as a community promoter and ambassador.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and their guests, building long-lasting relationships and ensuring a great experience with every visit.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 + bonus options.
- 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays).
