About the Role

Ernest And Florent LTD is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in a dynamic and fast-paced construction consultancy. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of residential and commercial projects, working closely with an MRICS qualified Director.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage residential and commercial schemes from concept to completion
  2. Oversee the delivery of high-profile projects, including a £23M mixed-use scheme and 150 new apartments in central London
  3. Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
  5. Contribute to the development of business strategies and growth initiatives

Requirements

  1. BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  2. Proven experience working on residential projects
  3. MRICS or currently working towards
  4. Experience within a PQS/consultancy
  5. Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
